Target Optical C4385

Been a customer of Target Optical for years. Followed my favorite employee Jonnae’ to the Lake Worth store on SR 7. She picked out the perfect frames for me…& applied all discounts (Target coupon:). Also chose the tint for lenses. Within a few days the glasses were ready. Jonnae’ was at a different store so Mauricio (Mo) helped me out. His customer service was excellent as well! Made some adjustments to ensure my new frames fit me perfectly. Store manager Jens was very welcoming also. The store bright & modern. Vast selection of pretty frames. I give this store the top rating!!!

Mauricio provided exceptional service, demonstrating a strong commitment to customer satisfaction rather than prioritizing high-value brands. He focused on ensuring our preferences were met and offered valuable guidance throughout the process. His communication was clear and comprehensive, providing all necessary information. I would rate his service as outstanding. We greatly appreciate Mauricio's dedication, patience, and professional assistance. I highly recommend his expertise to anyone visiting Target Optical.

My experience visiting this optical was amazing. Jens Strep is a very polite person with great customer service. I can tell that he knows what he’s doing. Very knowledgeable and very helpful when answering questions. I will definitely go back for my next eye check up.

My years of experience with Target Optical at the Boynton and Wellington locations has always been excellent! Recently the threading around my eye glass lenses had snapped. I went to the Wellington location and experienced a friendly greeting by Jens, one of the sales team. He swiftly repaired my glasses without hesitation. That’s excellent service! Thank you.

Always a great experience getting my eyes checked. Most of all love how caring and supportive the staff is when looking for the right pair of glasses me and my husband. The time and patience they have is great!
