I have been a long‑time patient of Dr. Peter Joson for about 13–14 years. As someone living with glaucoma and severe dry eye disease, my daily life has become increasingly challenging as my vision declines. Because of this, I see Dr. Joson twice a year and also follow with a retinal specialist. Dr. Joson is a very gentle and quiet physician who truly listens. He pays close attention to what patients are experiencing, understands why we come in, and remembers how our symptoms have changed over time. His calm and thoughtful approach is the reason I have continued my care with him for so many years. I also want to mention how wonderful the front office staff is. They are always warm, friendly, and welcoming, which makes every visit feel comfortable and pleasant. I’m grateful to have a doctor and a clinic that I can trust with something as important as my vision.

Facility was very clean and quiet. Facility wise , I really like 👍. And the optometrist Rudolph Alanis was very attentive, dependable. I am very satisfied with the optometrist.

Friendly and efficient office staff Dr Banuelos is terrific. She explained everything thoroughl, discussed my options and sent me for 2 tests to rule out any underlying issues. Very caring and she took her time with me. I never felt rushed.

Overall super friendly and amazing!! The staff is almost fantastic, except Terry… if she answers your phone call expect to be ridiculed for not being able to come in when she wants! She spoke to me in a very unprofessional manner and was not what I expected from this place whatsoever. I have work and other things going on that made it impossible for me to come in on the days she suggested, she then suggested that it was my fault and that I am choosing not to come in? No lady, people have many other important things going on in their lives. Terry should take notes from her fellow amazing coworkers about how to treat your patients with respect.

The optometrist team completely missed the mark on providing a correct prescription two times. After multiple times having glasses made with their incorrect prescriptions for my eyesight, I had to go to another optometrist- at additional cost- who did it right the first time. Because of the inadequate optometry services, it took over four months and hrs of wasted time. Additionally, I’ve call and left multiple messages with the billing department for over 2-1/2 months to discuss a reimbursement for optometrist portion of my visit and never received a call back…I just keep receiving a Definitely not a return customer.
