Excellent experience! Dr. Coleman was kind, thorough, and took the time to answer all of my questions. The staff was friendly and professional, and I never felt rushed. I truly appreciated the excellent care and highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for outstanding eye care.
Had my appointment today with Dr. Cass, he was fantastic! The office was busy but that didn’t stop them from taking great care of me. My nurse Gracie made me feel so comfortable, she’s also a character! I have drs office anxiety but she had me laughing so hard all my stressors went away. Front desk lady was so nice as well. Definitely will be telling my friends to come here and make the switch!
Summer was absolutely amazing!! VERY helpful in helping me find the right frames for my fuller face. She's VERY knowledgeable in the different frames - what each one has to offer. Most definitely going to recommend her to friends! The entire staff are amazing!!
I am on my 4rd pair of glasses from there and I still can't see out of them. Forget trying to do any work on the computer. This place has been bought out by some Company. The caring has gone out the window. Pretty building. However pay attention to the # of cars parked in the parking lot..Remember how many are employees cars.I should of known better when they don't give a veterans discount. I am moving on to Blue Ridge. O
From check in to check out I had a wonderful experience, my doctor sat and explained what was going on with my eye and macular degeneration and how he wanted to see me more often to keep a close eye on any changes that may be occuring, he took the time to answer any questions that I had. I cannot say enough good things about this office and their staff. Everyone is so friendly and make you feel as if they are glad you are there.
