👁️👓✅(ACCEPTS SUNSHINE HEALTH INSURANCE (MEDICAID)✅ ‼️I DO recommend this place but here are the positives and the negatives.‼️ Upon arriving the parking lot is small & FULL which means sometimes they have no spots available & I am not sure here they want you to park when that happens. 🚗 The inside is not very clean & could use some help. As a cleaner I would love to get in there & deep clean it because it needs it bad. 🧽🧼🧹 The staff were fast and efficient even while busy. They were friendly and helpful and answered all of our questions. 👩💼👨💼👨⚕️👩⚕️ The last place we went was STANTON OPTICAL on Davis Highway & that place was clean and organized & had a bigger selection of glasses to choose from. 👓 🧽 However the staff there were not as thorough or as friendly. 👩💼It was still A good experience but this place seemed more knowledgeable & had better eye equipment.🔬 One of my pictures show how they did a test which can show them the back of your eye ball!! How cool is that! 👁️ When the doctor came in she asked WAY MORE questions than they did at STANTON. 👩⚕️ She was thorough and knowledgeable and she cared. The questions they ask really help narrow down issues and what glasses better suit your needs. 👓 🤓 They were extremely busy. Waiting room was small but they do have a second waiting area in a different room so keep that in mind. The picture I added of the glasses are the TINY selection we had that insurance paid for. That was the ONLY glasses which was very disappointing. 👓1/3 of them were for small children & another 👓1/3 were for women & the other 👓1/3 were for guys. So there was not much to choose from at all. They had other glasses and even some name brands but insurance did not cover any of those. Their selection could definitely be better. I feel like even when we looked throughout the entire selection that it was lacking diversity and different options. 👓👎 Not many eye places accept SUNSHINE HEALTH (Medicaid) in this area so considering this is one of the places that do they stay busy. Even with a full waiting room and many customers in the glasses room they were fast and efficient. 👍 We filled out the papers and were called back after 15minutes of being done with the papers.⏳ I added pictures of their privacy practice and the other paper they gave me to keep. 📄 My biggest issue with this place was the cleanliness issue. 🧼 They could use some fixing up too as parts of the ceilings were damaged and dirty & even vents needed to be cleaned and the seat that patients sit in in the back for the exam was really dirty at the feet area which makes sense but it looked like they never cleaned it.👩⚕️ Any doctor office (even an eye place) should be very clean in my opinion. Even minor repairs would really make this place so much nicer. A good deep clean would change everything. I feel sanitation needs to be taken more seriously here. Walls and base boards were really dirty in certain areas. A good deep clean, 🧽 minor repairs, 👨🔧🛠️ & some organization would make this place look great. 👍 Other than that they did a great job and were very kind and professional. The issues I mentioned can easily be fixed which is why I still recommend this place. 😊
