Staff isn't very friendly, they all seem put out with customers... On the phone and in person. Minimal selection with expensive prices. My chief complaint is that I had to have my lenses replaced under warranty due to some deep scratches. I knew as soon as I put the new pair on that they were NOT the same quality lenses that I paid lots of money to have lots of extras added. I've worn glasses for 30 years, I know what my lenses should look like and how they perform in different conditions. After explaining the issues, the tech "checked" my lenses and says they are exactly the same as the originals. THEY ARE NOT! She then proceeded to tell me that my eyes are just tired and brought up my age! I'm 49! I am so unhappy and disappointed that they dismissed me so quickly, offering no help. Nearly $500 for the higher end lenses with all the glare reduction and anti scratch coating and everything for me to drive at night. I do not recommend this very unprofessional, unfriendly, very expensive business.
