I've been a patient here for over 15 years. I see three specialist at this facility, for my knees, back and hands. Also, for chronic pain management. They are gentle in their care. They listen to their patients and include them in all aspects of diagnoses care and treatment. I totally trust their care when performing surgeries. I recommend this facility and it's doctor's. God bless this facility and staff.

I had an appointment today with Dr. Kong and unfortunately it was a very disappointing experience. When I arrived, no one informed me that my MRI images were not available for review prior to the visit. I spent no more than about four minutes with Dr. Kong, and the interaction felt rushed and dismissive. My MRI report documents a Grade 3 ACL sprain (which is essentially a complete tear), degenerative tearing of the anterior horn of the lateral meniscus, joint effusion, and a Baker’s cyst. Despite explaining my pain and instability, I did not feel heard or taken seriously. I was quickly cleared to return to work with minimal discussion or guidance. I want to be clear; I am not someone trying to avoid work. I simply expected a thoughtful evaluation, clear communication, and basic bedside manner. That was missing. This experience reflected what I have personally found to be a broader issue with this office: rushed appointments, limited listening, and a lack of patient-centered care. While they may be clinically competent, the human side of care was noticeably absent. I hope this feedback encourages improvement in communication, attentiveness, and overall patient experience.

We got here at 12:45 for an appointment at 1:00, the lady in front just gave me a tablet to fill out didn’t ask for anything else and that was it. We don’t get seen till 1:37 after seeing multiple people get in before my grandma after I asked how much longer. I could tell the girl was stunned. She asked for my grandmas ID and insurance card and thankfully they got us in, I rec they remind the receptionist to ask for the IDs and insurance card FIRST before handing out the tablets. Besides that 4 stars all thanks to Dr miller. He was great and WONDERFUL with my grandma.

If zero was an option I would be giving one. am submitting this grievance to formally document my experience with Dr.p Lewis, which I believe reflects inadequate medical care and dismissal of my legitimate medical concerns. I was seen by Dr. Lewis for significant shoulder pain related to a possible rotator cuff injury. During this visit, he did not perform a physical examination of my shoulder or any other area, despite my repeated explanations that I was experiencing severe pain not only in my shoulder but throughout my body. I shared prior MRI imaging and documentation from my former pain specialist outlining multiple diagnoses. Despite this information, Dr. Lewis stated he would not address anything beyond my shoulder because that was the referral reason. I explained that I am able to self-refer and did not require a referral to discuss my chronic pain. Dr. Lewis informed me that he would not address chronic pain unless I had a specific diagnostic code. As a result, I incurred a $55 copay and expended my time and energy without receiving appropriate evaluation or care. There was no apparent concern for the reason my primary care provider referred me or for the severity of my pain. Dr. Lewis refilled my medication and stated he would see me again in four weeks for another refill. I expressed that this was unacceptable, as I am in active pain and require diagnostic imaging to determine the cause of my shoulder symptoms. I informed him that I would not be returning for follow-up care. While the referral did not originate from my rheumatologist, she did advise me to seek care from a pain specialist for chronic pain and fibromyalgia. Despite this, Dr. Lewis directed me back to rheumatology rather than addressing the concerns presented at this visit. I felt dismissed and unheard. There was no attempt to evaluate my shoulder pain, despite my chiropractor expressing concern about a possible rotator cuff issue. I also reported clavicle pain, which was not addressed. I am not seeking medication refills alone; I am seeking proper evaluation, diagnostic imaging, and appropriate treatment to identify the cause of my pain. I just read on their website that they offer MRIs which I greatly need. That infuriates me even more! Apropriate action be taken to address the quality of care provided during this visit.

My wife knew of this place from 30 yrs ago. So when her Dr. referred her she was happy to go here and see Dr. Kanjia. Went in and just met the Dr. got established as a patient. $100 Co pay literally 15 mins visit, if that.Dr. apparently told her nothing can be done except pain management. Didn't even explain the procedure. Two days before the scheduled procedure they called and asked why she was coming in , they didn't even know. So had to push it back a week. Never got a call from them. Day before the procedure they called and gave her instructions for prep. No time or price for procedure. Then later someone called asked what procedure she was having and what was being administered? Dr. didn't say... So finally given a price. Still no time , someone else will call for that. At 5:30 the night before they finally call and say 8:00AM. After all that the Wife had no trust and cancelled. Took almost 2 months to get this appointment, pain everyday, out $100. Unprofessional seems to be there long running trend. Obviously they don't care. I would go somewhere else if I were YOU.
