I had a great visit with Dr. Patel. The tests were thorough, and he was very informative and cordial. Elena's enthusiasm for getting me my reading glasses made the process enjoyable.
Dr. Patel is the GOAT. I've been seeing him since I moved to Dallas over a decade ago (recommended by my aunt) and I look forward to my annual visit every May. He is extremely straightforward and provides an honest assessment of my vision; I even tried to get him to sell me the more expensive contacts and he said that I should stick with what I have because they work so well for my eyes. He's also got a fantastic office staff - super professional, efficient, and nice. If I ever left the state of Texas, I would fly back every year so Dr. Patel could check my vision and prescribe my contacts!
I have been coming for years to TSO. I have never met a practice that feels more like family ever in my life. They are always very welcoming, fix issues right away, and have glasses ready to wear within days from your appointment. I would highly recommend visiting TSO in Farmers Branch, Dr. Patel and his amazing staff are wonderful.

TSO farmers branch is a wonderful clinic! The front office staff are ALWAYS SO welcoming and personable. Dr. Patel is super friendly, makes you feel comfortable, is educational and answers all your questions! 10/10 recommend. I use this clinic for glasses & contacts.
