Needing new glasses, my wife and I recently visited this store. Upon arrival, we had to wait to be buzzed in. Once inside, we were greeted by the receptionist who asked how they could be of service to us. We explained that we needed new glasses, but wanted to look at their selection of frames. She then asked if for our names, dates of birth, and insurance information. Puzzled, we again said that we just wanted to look at the frames, and if we found something that we liked, we would give them that info. She again stated that it was the store's policy to gather that information, even if we were just going to look at their selection of frames. We've never encountered this from any store we've visited in the past and left. We then went to the TSO on Saratoga where we received excellent service and got our new glasses.
