Dr. Phan was so good with my son. He has autism. So, doctor’s visits can sometimes be a challenge especially when it’s just me. She was so patient and thorough. You can tell she’s very passionate and knowledgeable about her work. I can’t thank her enough. She sees all ages. So, now I’m her patient as well.
I visited Texas State Optical – Bee Cave after finding out through the Flexon website that they carry the Flexon frames I like. I’m really glad I came here — the service was top notch from start to finish. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely polite. I happened to walk in when Dr. Phan was available, so I was able to get an eye exam right away and order my glasses that same day. A few days later, I received a text letting me know my new glasses were ready for pickup. After trying them for a bit, I felt some discomfort, so I called the office. They immediately scheduled another appointment for me with Dr. Phan. She was very welcoming and quickly identified a small prescription adjustment. They happened to have the lens in stock, and their awesome optical technician swapped out the lens right on the spot. She also adjusted my older frames to fit my face better — incredibly humble, patient, and polite throughout the whole process. Overall, a fantastic experience — efficient, accommodating, and truly customer-focused. Highly recommend this location. Plus, the ample parking makes visits even more convenient.
Extremely professional and wonderful staff. They took great care of us from the beginning till the end. We had all our concerns about our eyes answered and was even given next steps and recommendations for the future. Dr. Phan was extremely knowledgeable and broke everything down into bite sized pieces for us to understand. She was extremely personable and took care of my whole family. Bonus points that her office had a small wheeled cart with toys to entertain kids. Every parent knows how difficult it is to keep your kids entertained at the doctor's office. They get bored easily and want to touch all the equipment but here our toddler was able to keep entertained by the puzzles and blocks from the cart. This small attention to detail just shows how much they care about their patients
Great place to get your eyes checked and update your specs as well. A big shout out to Dr Kamnetz. Been seeing him for a long time. Just the best Optometrist in town!
Dr. Kamnetz and his staff are very professional and courteous. I have been going to Dr. Kamnetz for a long time. He is very good at providing practical solutions to specific vision issues.
