EDIT: also, shout out to Tammy at the front desk! She’s AWESOME :) We are not patients here but plan to switch over asap due to an amazing in-store experience with the optician named Cole! We are thrilled by his incredible professionalism, helpfulness, and extensive field knowledge which clearly surpasses the qualifications of his role. We came in to browse frames and get a feel of the office vibe (which is great) and he exhausted every resource to assist with my husband’s current frames since the lenses were made incorrectly by another practice. He tightened the frames, cleaned the lenses, and double-checked the prescription that’s in the lenses. He showed genuine care as to our situation and gave us his full attention, which these days is novelty. Thank you so much to the TSO team.
