My eye dr was in my class in high school and she has always been a kind hearted caring person and it carried over into her career. I have always had a pleasant experience with the gals at the front desk and the technicians that help you pick out, order and adjust your glasses when you purchase them and they arrive. Also you get great service if you ever need an adjustment or repair. I have silicone ear pieces so once a year or so I have to have them heated up and refitted. It’s always done at no charge! I can’t say enough about why I recommend 10th street eye care! Give them your business and they will make sure your are taken great care of before, during and after you exams and sales! And they are NOT pushy on selling anything like car salesman! They allow you to browse and if you have any questions they are experts at answering any questions you may have!!!!

Got my first eye exam done, staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Had some issues with the frames fitting on my face after a couple of days wearing it, but it got solved within minutes, staff again was very friendly and lovely with my toddler too. I recommend!!

Always busy yet you are in and out within an hour and the service is always welcoming.

When i started going there everybody was nice, not anymore. The doctors are nice but the gals upfront are rude. They messed up my appointment time so i had to reschedule and my prescription expired. They WON'T sell me contacts. I wanted to talk to a dr and the gals upfront wouldn't go for it. Soooo, i just changed doctor's where the front desk is customer friendly

We were referred to Great Bend due to our local office being damaged in a storm. Upon arrival the receptionist was extremely rude. We were 5 mins late due to a low tire and had to stop to get air before we drove 40 miles. She never acknowledged me apologizing for being late, she never looked me in the eyes while talking to me. She just stated her instructions while staring at her computer screen, had me sign form’s and then instructed us to sit down. I will never go there again. We love our doctor but will wait until the office is repaired to see her again. This lady needs some people skills!
