I came in to get glasses today, and Felicia was amazing. Not only did I get two pairs from her, but while I was waiting I heard her helping other patients. She explained everything with detail, listened to everyone's needs, and had a smile on her face the entire time. I can't wait to get my glasses. Thank you Felicia 😎

This practice formerly known as Quigley eye associates was good. When eye associates purchased this facility there billing department has been the most inefficient, rude and do not honor there word. My Dr Simoneau is the best and caring. The staff is also welcoming.
I’m writing this review while sitting in the parking lot because that’s how strongly I feel about this experience. First, this location is no longer affiliated with Quigley. I purchased my glasses here in September 2024 and love my frames, so I came back today simply to get new lenses using my updated Rx from my eye doctor at Collins. To my surprise, they refused to sell me lenses using my insurance because my prescription was written by an outside provider. However, they were more than willing to sell me the lenses if I paid out of pocket. The representative insisted this was an “insurance issue,” which I immediately challenged since I had just used the same prescription at Eyeglass World with my insurance — no problem at all. When confronted with this fact, he backtracked and admitted it was actually an internal policy, not one required by the insurance company. At that point, the trust was completely gone. Misrepresenting policy and blaming insurance is not acceptable. This experience reflects dishonesty and very poor customer service. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this business to others. I have never lost trust in a business in less than 3 minutes ever.
First off I love the doc, the tech, and the cataract doc, and Maria in billing. The service otherwise is horrible. When you call you speak to someone who claims to transfer you…..hold hold hold….next your asked which office your calling ( I would of assumed olean in PC) ok next your 🤞transferred to the right person, the phone rings and rings, oh your #6 in the queue….ok now I’ve held for 8 minutes. Since I’m in the queue I assume they’re at the office. Jokes on me, they’re closed until Monday. Oh and this morning I called and was told they are there 8-5. Long story short…..I’m not happy with the “ trying “ to contact the actual office on olean in pc.
They were great, ( Staff as well as Doctor). It was a Friday afternoon a 1/2 hr. before closing and I did not have an appt. , the lady at the front desk was so helpful she squeezed me in and they took care of me right away. They stayed a 1/2 hour after closing, I can't thank them enough for the peace of mind they gave me!
