Front desk was very patient and pleasant, courteous. Staff are nice.. Dr Lane was funny.and experienced . Nice I don’t have much of a problem or issues, just glasses needed, was a fast visit
Absolutely unprofessional experience. I have insurance and went in for my routine annual eye exam. At the end of my visit, I simply requested a prescription for contact lenses. To my surprise, I later received a bill for $60 for a “contact lens fitting.” I contacted my insurance provider, and they confirmed that this service should be covered. However, it appears that the Eye Center did not submit the claim correctly for contact lenses. I made several attempts to resolve this by calling the office, but the experience only got worse. The billing representative was rude and unhelpful, and my concerns were not addressed properly. Additionally, the optometrist never performed any contact lens fitting, nor did I request one, which makes the charge even more questionable. Despite my efforts, I am still being billed for $ 51 ( they gave discount of 15%) for a service I neither received nor agreed to. I strongly advise others to be cautious—this experience was disappointing, uncooperative, and highly unprofessional.
I spent hours online trying to find a good ophthalmologist and I am so glad I made an appointment with Dr. Gewirtz. He listened to my concerns and took a proactive approach to get to the bottom of my situation. He was professional and very courteous and I left the office satisfied with his recommendation. Clean office, great front desk ladies and assistants. I will be recommending this office to family and friends.
Friendly, curtious staff. Seen promptly. Doctor was personable, professional and informative. Listened to my concerns and addressed them. Took the time to explain an issue I was concerned about and refered me to a doctor who could further evaluate and treat the issue if needed. .
Superb practice that focuses on providing excellent and caring service to their clients. Dr. Firestone, the technicians and the front desk staff are to be commended.
