The Eye Center | LensCrafters - Triangle

I came to this Eye Center in a very urgent situation needing out-of-state DMV paperwork completed for my license. I had already gone to my regular doctor’s office, and unfortunately they were not able to help me, so I was honestly frantic and very anxious by the time I came here. I was leaving town that Friday and needed the paperwork completed quickly so I could travel to another state to get my license taken care of. I wasn’t even sure if this office would be able to help, but I was hopeful. Kiona helped me, and she was so nice, patient, and informative. She could clearly tell I was stressed, but she reassured me that she had seen something similar before and that the doctor would hopefully be able to help. We laughed and chatted during the process, which helped calm me down a lot. The female doctor with glasses, I believe her name started with a B, was also very sweet and understanding. She took the time to look over the paperwork, read through it, and let me know she had no problem filling it out for me. They got me in and out, completed what I needed, and truly went above and beyond for me. I really appreciate Kiona and the doctor for being so kind, helpful, and understanding during a stressful situation.

I had a wonderful experience at the Eye Care Center. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive. The office was clean, organized, and had a calm atmosphere that made me feel comfortable right away. The doctor took the time to thoroughly explain everything during my exam and answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed. I really appreciated how detailed and patient they were, especially when helping me understand my vision needs and options. The selection of frames was great, and Mel helped me pick out a pair that suited my style and budget. Overall, the service was efficient, friendly, and truly focused on patient care.

I had an excellent experience at my recent eye appointment. I was greeted warmly by the front desk team, and the check in process was prompt and efficient. I also appreciated being seen right at my scheduled appointment time, as well as the clear and upfront communication regarding costs. Carissa was exceptional. She conducted all of the pre testing with care and professionalism while also taking the time to listen attentively to my concerns. She created a comfortable and reassuring environment throughout, and even the air puff test, which I typically dislike, was handled with ease. Dr. Morrison was outstanding! He listened thoughtfully, addressed my concerns with patience, and conducted a thorough and attentive exam. Even through my indecisive “better one or two” moments 😆, he remained patient and made the process feel easy and pressure free. Overall, a seamless and highly professional experience from start to finish.

My annual eye exam went really well today. Carissa was my technician and she was very good. She explained everything. Had a great personality and made me feel comfortable. She was a pleasure. Dr. Robinson was very genial and also explained everything. This was my first time at the eye center since they bought out the Fox group And I was very satisfied with the results

I was able to be seen same day and get answers. Everyone was absolutely wonderful and caring. The doctor took her time and gave me such a thorough exam and answered all my questions. Definitely would recommend The Eye Center!
