I have a patient for around ten years and have always been satisfied. I always prefer a “mom & pops” place to a chain. Everyone is helpful and pleasant and explain everything as needed.
I have been going to the Eye Center of Clark for probably over 20 years. Everyone is so helpful and knowledgeable and they have a great selection of glasses to choose from. I highly recommend them and have many times to friends and family.
I already wear glasses only when I drive. I’ve always thought that I should also get contact lenses for hiking, snowboarding, etc. A few months ago, Dr. Botsacos and her wonderful staff helped me with an eye exam, educated me on my options, and provided me with contacts. The doctors and staff’s professionalism, kindness, and patience made it such a positive experience, I wish I had reached out years earlier. I just returned from a long weekend in Vermont, and I’m just so grateful to truly appreciate the beauty of nature in winter. I look forward to being a patient for years to come, and will happily refer friends and family to the Eye Center of Clark.
The review is edited. I saw Dr. Latorre during my visit and I found her to be professional and knowledgeable. I was and still am happy to have found a good clinic. Regarding the previous review, long story short, the person at the front desk charged me for a contact lens evaluation that was already covered by my insurance. I had to raise the issue to the manager who took notice and refunded me the amount. It was conveyed to me that they have identified the issue and have taken steps so that this does not happen again.
