I've been going here for my eye care for years. Very professional and knowledgeable about my particular condition. I feel good about the care I receive however most of the staff, not all, need to be friendlier and more polite and welcoming. The lady at the front desk is awesome and the lady in the optical shop was also awesome but the lady who took the payments was an old grump. Dr. Could be friendlier too.
I had a great experience with all the staff and the Optometrist. It’s nice to get a thorough yearly exam for contacts and glasses. The doctor was kind and answered all my questions. They also help you understand what your insurance covers and they assist you with selecting and fitting for new frames if you want to purchase from their gallery. Everyone was caring and helpful! I have had multiple wonderful experiences at the Panama City Beach office and want to especially thank the staff member who helped me with my glasses. I’m sorry I forgot her name, but she is the only one I have ever seen there to help patients with picking out glasses. She took the time to help me find a solution for my frames today and was incredibly patient, understanding, and caring throughout the process. Small acts of kindness and genuine care truly make a difference, and her willingness to help meant more to me than she probably realizes. I also want to take a moment to recognize Dr. Moussa and all of the optical staff at Eye Center of North Florida on the Beach. Dr. Moussa was professional, kind, thorough, and made me feel very comfortable during my visits. It’s refreshing to be treated with such compassion and professionalism. I’m very grateful for the care I received and highly recommend this office to anyone looking for excellent eye care and outstanding customer service.
I was referred to this eye center from my provider as a new patient. Technician was great, eye Dr. was great. Went bad from there. Payment lady was the rudeist I've ever seen. Went out there to get glasses and no one ever came out to help me. So after waiting for while I left with a perception and no glasses. Very disappionted with my experience!
The staff at the eye center of north florida on Panama City Beach were great. The ocular technician was very thorough in documenting my ocular history and checking my lens requirements. Dr Lori Long reviewed my medical history and asked questions about it before she did her exam. I was very impressed by everybody's performance.
