Tonia, Dr. Hausman and the entire staff here are the Best! Friendly, professional, respectful, on time, and state of the art technology. Everything is explained. I love this doctor. Other medical practices should train their staff on patient bedside manner via here.
I’ve been coming to The Eye Doctor for several years now and have seen both Dr. Falk and Dr. Azzoli and had a wonderful experience with both. I’m still in love with the glasses I picked out last year - the fitting experience was great and they really helped me find a pair that worked for me. All the staff are so kind and welcoming!
I had an issue with one of my eyes being itchy and painful at the same time. Called these guys on a Friday morning and was able to be seen a few hours later. My wait time was probably 5 minutes (if that long), Katie was super nice and helpful, both on the phone and in person. Dr. Hausman was just as awesome. He was super friendly, did a thorough investigation of my eye, and was very clear about what I needed to do. I would definitely recommend them. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Thank you guys for all of your help : )
I was able to get a same-day appointment at the last minute, which was really important to me. Dr. Garret Hausman was incredibly friendly and explained everything clearly, and the staff were amazing and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for knowledgeable, warm, and friendly care!
Dr Azzoli is great. She explains everything that she is doing and takes the time to answer any questions. Everyone is always very friendly and responsive. Bill and Kim do a great job helping select new frames. We’re very pleased that we changed to this practice.
