Everything went fine. Staff was nice. There was a slight mishap on my appointment date. I arrived at the office but they said they tried to call me a couple of times to reschedule, but I never received a call on my cell phone or home phone. In the end, it all worked out, so not a big deal.
My experience at my annual eye exam today was positive from start to finish. At the front desk I was greeted by Yulisa (names taken from paperwork, I hope I am correct) and taken care of quickly. I was taken back for testing by Amanda who was proficient and kind. Dr. Pauls did my eye exam with all questions answered and he escorted me out to finish up with Christopher who checked me out after attending to an adjustment request I had on a pair of prescription sunglasses that were loose that I had purchased earlier. Thankfully I did not have to have new lenses since only minor changes. Thank you.
Everyone was great! But Chris helped me pick out new glasses! Told me what looked best on me and what didn’t, which is extremely helpful! He was great!! Thank you so much, Chris!!
