The Eyesights

Very rude staff. Extremely unprofessional and angry that people are coming in to do bloodwork… as if it’s not a damn Labcorp and this is their job, they should expect this. They were rude and cursing out loud so everyone can hear them complain about customers coming in “before lunchtime” or coming in at all since it was sooooo busy. Angry workers that open the door and just look at the next person in line instead of welcoming them. Maybe they should have a bigger breakfast if they’re worried about eating lunch at 11am or maybe they should just close for an hour and not let anyone schedule an appointment during times they get angry. Extremely disrespectful to clients and very very very unprofessional like mentioned above. Never making an appointment at this trashy establishment again. Wouldn’t even give it a 1 star if I could. Staff should be fired or placed into a labcorp that has no customers all day since they can’t seem to handle what is clearly expected of their job.

Made an appointment, arrived early, fasted, took time off from work only to be told (very rudely) that I would not be getting my blood taken at that time because of a large number of walk-ins. Staff didn't know how long it would be. I wouldn't have scheduled an appointment if I knew. DO NOT expect to have your appointment honored.

I used this lab. I went on a Tuesday around 10 am. I'm not a huge fan of the kiosk check in but it worked. Lady called me right back. She was nice. She can come off as looking grumpy but she is nice and we got to joking. I didn't catch her name but she did a good job.

Made an appointment on line two hours before. Checked in and sat down 5 minutes early. They took 2 walk-ins ahead of me (neither could sign in correctly and were told as much by the tech). They still told them to come back while I sat there. ( I was the only one of the “check in” screen when I was there first and alone) I cancelled and went to a different lab to have blood drawn. I would avoid this location on Genesee St. in Utica.

Thank you for hiring Stacy. I do not know her personally but she is excellent. She’s wonderful. She’s efficient and I just need to thank you for her. She’s amazing. I appreciate Stacy and thank you once again for hiring her.
