My mom and I had such a wonderful experience from start to finish. The front desk team made us feel welcome right away, the technician was patient and attentive, and Dr. Jacob was knowledgeable, compassionate, and incredibly supportive. He actually listened to what I was experiencing, explained things clearly (no confusing jargon), and made sure I felt comfortable the entire time. The staff working with the doctor was just as great. Check-in was quick and smooth, and the whole appointment felt well organized without ever feeling rushed. Had an eye exam for today we checked in, was very easy. They took us to the back for the exams. Everybody was very kind. The doctor was super knowledgeable. Had a lot of compassion answered all my questions which is sometimes hard to find nowadays appreciate everybody there I would recommend this place to anybody.

I go there for Dr. Loretta Clifford. I absolutely love her. She is great. She knows what she’s doing and I don’t know what I would do without her if she decided to never come back again. She’s definitely worth her weight gold!!

Dr. Pong was amazing and very thorough, and really gave me an in depth exam and helped me understand the importance of eye health. I will definitely be coming here for my yearly exams!
