I want to take a minute to thank Dr. Bonds and her team for their excellent care of my 2 year old daughter. We came here from another practice looking for someone to better accommodate our scheduling needs. Her front desk was so kind and efficient in verifying our benefits, explaining our benefits, and fitting us into their schedule quickly. The office is beautifully decorated and welcoming. The front desk staff greeted my daughter by name & we had a very short wait time once we arrived. The Dr even came out to the lobby to introduce her self before hand. The tech who started the exam was so kind & patient with my toddler and explained everything to us as the exam went on. Dr. Bonds was amazing with my daughter and very knowledgeable. Then we met with the nicest optician who helped us pick out the perfect glasses for my girl and had a great selection for toddlers. 10/10 would recommend, we are so glad we found this practice to handle our optical needs moving forward.

I cannot recommend this office enough! When they tell you they want you to be happy with your purchase, it is true. They have worked with me, and now my daughter, on helping change out glasses and lens to make sure that I am completely satisfied with my purchase. Not only is their office very inviting, their staff is amazing as well. They greet you with a smile as you walk in and you leave with a smile as well. Dealing with one particular office in Tuscaloosa, this office is a hidden gem! Like I said, I can’t say enough good things about this office, and staff!

I love this place! I was looking for a new eye physician, and I just so happened to be at the allergy clinic across the street and decided to walk over and make an appointment! It was such a smooth process from making my appointment to pick out my glasses! The vibes were a 10/10. The service was a 10/10. The staff is a 10/10. Overall 10/10 I would definitely recommend!

I was greeted by happy faces as I entered the building of Family Eye Group. I was immediately checked in and shortly thereafter I was called to be taken to the examination room by technician. He was professional and pleasant. He explained everything that he was doing while examining my eyes thoroughly. Next person I saw was the doctor, she did another eye examination and went through all the tests, explaining in detail the results of the examinations. I left the doctors office feeling very well knowing I did not have any problems with my eyes. I wanted thank everyone at the Family Eye Group for excellent service.

Amazing staff!! The front desk is very friendly and helpful with my insurance. The tech I had was very professional and she was very nice. The doctor took her time and was very thorough. When it came time for my glasses the lady was super helpful in helping me pick a frame that not only matched my style but had the blue light I desperately need for working on a computer all day. I will definitely be coming back here for the vibes alone!
