I very rarely run online to make a review but this is the exception. I booked online and the rest is history. My experience with the exam was straight forward. I have worn glasses for most of my life and for the first time I felt seen. The personalized shopping experience is not a a gimmick; the result being when I picked up my glasses they fit perfectly. Time frame of initial appointment to pickup may depend on your insurance company. I waited about a week. Dr. Miller and his staff were exceptional, quick and thorough. I will not be looking for a new eye doctor.

I am very impressed by my first visit for both an eye examination and new eyewear. Dr. Miller and staff were accommodating, thorough, polite and professional. The overall experience was enjoyable.

Another fantastic experience at The Optical Co.! Dr. Miller has been my optometrist for several years. He is a wonderful doctor. I've never had any issues at his office with him, his employees or his products. I had an eye issue for the first time today and he quickly diagnosed the problem. He has a wonderful personality and makes every visit very pleasant. I've loved every pair of glasses he has made for me. Highly recommended!

Great, and clean facility with wonderful staff. Visited from out of town without a set of contacts for one of my eyes and was able to quickly secure some for such a low cost I had to ask three times to be sure. Laid back and chill folks who are well educated and don’t make you seem like you don’t know anything. Highly recommend!

It was my first time going to the eye doctor and I was really nervous, but the tech and doctor made me feel comfortable from the start. They took the time to explain my eye condition in a way that was easy to understand and used modern equipment to check my eyes. They also helped me choose frames and assisted me with my insurance, which I really appreciated. The service felt very personal and everyone was genuinely kind. I would definitely recommend them—support local!
