The doctor Hassan is great, courteous and professional. Cant say the same about the crew that works in the optics up fromt. Without going into drama, I’ll just say theres a double standard when it comes to what kind of customer you are based on your ethnicity. They wouldn’t treat us as a couple the same way if we were a different ethnic background. Guaranteed. Lots of immaturity and narrow minded-ness. Wont be returning here again.

They messed my prescriptions twice. Alexis Kapoian saw me twice. I brought back first prescription. The second one didn't work either. I brought glasses to return, the manager in optics refused and offered to see doctor for the 3rd time. Which i refused. The manager was rude and uncooperative. When I insisted she gave a store credit. I paid for my prescription lenses $350. The glasses they offered me had $600 price tags on them. When I checked online the glasses they gave me, they were for sale online $60, not even a $100. That tells you all you need to know about this place. Please be aware and stay away.
Dr is always very thorough during my eye exams. Everyone in the office is friendly and helpful, which makes each visit a great experience. It’s always a pleasure doing business with this eye care.
From start to finish my experience was exceptional. Evelyn went above and beyond to help us find the perfect glasses. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for professionalism combined with a personal touch
I had a great experience. The wait time was minimal and the staff was very helpful. Dr. Elhage was also very knowledgeable.
