Outstanding experience. I just happened to see this place and thought they may be able to help with some issues I was having on my PC. Aaron was able to diagnose the problem and was able to fix the problems quickly. Most impressively, he didn't try to oversell me. He actually told me about something I could get off Amazon for a quick fix for my wifi. I greatly appreciated the honesty. I will be going here for all my phone and computer issues.

This place was terrible in handling phones insurance claims. Made the phone worse after the mix up. Requested us to make another claim to get it repaired. Lastly when I walked in to follow up what happened with the claims and ask them to take accountability for their original mistakes, they couldn't even get their story straight. Would not recommend!!!

Explained the prices clearly, gave a reasonable time estimate and detailed policies for screen repair so that there would be no surprises or issues before proceeding. Would definitely recommend.

My phone screen broke earlier today. The people at uBreakFix who I turned to for the replacement, were nice, pleasant and professional. The phone was ready within the time frame promised and the phone behave better than it did for a long time. I would highly recommend the people at that branch. Thanks for a job very well done.
