Still can't believe it! My sight was so bad I was about to take myself off the road. Nighttime or driving in the rain were out of the question. I was wearing 3.5 magnifiers to see anything up close. Then I had YAG surgery 10 minutes later my vision was perfect! Better than it has been in a looong time. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!!!

My partner had a procedure performed and everything went smoothly, she saw a Urologist, that she has been seeing for years. This is probably the nicest of the Vancouver Clinics we visit. They have van accessable parking, where as I have not found any at the others.
The most you'll see a doctor is literally 10 minutes or less. I have timed it several times and have even been in there less than 7 minutes on average with an actual physician. I speak to the nurse who sees me before the doctor more than I do to the actual doctor. They are profit-driven and do not care about their patients. I've already started to transfer some of my care to The Oregon Clinic. Even though it's further, I would suggest others do the same. I'm aware that you've stopped bonuses for your line staff some time ago for the clinics' performance in order to increase profits, and know that you stretch your doctors as thin as possible. Management is apparently content with violating a doctor's oath to prioritize the health and well-being of a patient above all else. If The Vancouver Clinic is thinking of having an office assistant respond with one of their templated responses, as they have with others, please don't. The lack of authenticity in addressing actual complaints, or even in exhibiting a semblance of care, is apparent.
I was had an infection and no doctor could figure it out. Thought I wasn’t going to make it. All I received from these doctors were thousands of dollars in bills. They didn’t listen to anything that I told them nor did they care. A great dr once told me “I used to be an animal dr and we would come out, fix your horse and give you a bill. Now the doctors never have to cure you just bill you over and over and over again
In the middle of a nightmare situation. I’m less than 2 weeks away from having a scheduled surgery with this place. I’ve been working with this hospital/ set of drs since January, been going to appointments, and currently have a surgery scheduled. Had an initial appointment with a general doctor, she set me up with the department with obgyn for surgery, that second appointment the dr goes oh I don’t even do surgery but I can push it forward and set you up for surgery, and agreed that I needed that specific surgery. So they get me all scheduled and set up. Went to my pre op appointment that’s supposed to be just a check in 2 weeks before surgery of “okay this is what to expect for surgery “ and turns out they scheduled me with a surgeon who doesn’t even do my surgery at all. The surgeon was like… uh I can do THIS surgery if you want, but not the one you’re actually scheduled for. Surgery is now less than two weeks out, I have all my time requested off of work, medical leave begun , care scheduled for someone to pick me up and drop me off from surgery. The surgeon went and asked her colleagues if anyone in her department has done this surgery and came back and said than no one has experience in it. So the hospital let me work with them for 3 months, scheduled me for the surgery, made me take time off from work to recover and get everything organized on my end, for them to not even have anyone in their hospital that can do this surgery? . And I’m less than two weeks out from it, can’t get back the hours I took off from my job because it is too close to the date. So I’m out half a months worth of income at this point, can’t apply for medical leave yet, because there’s no solution. They scrambled and tried to refer me out to a new hospital to get the surgery that I’ll have to start over with with a brand new pre op appointment, and there is no real answer yet on if and when I’m having this surgery. I have to cancel my surgery with the Vancouver clinic now because it is literally the wrong one they’d be doing on my body, but to cancel you have to call a number , and it keeps going to voicemail. I’ve gotten on the phone with a human twice and then they aren’t a scheduling person and they transfer me and then boom again it’s a voicemail. So I tried to go in person to the clinic to cancel, they weren’t able to do it where I go to my general appointments at, so they said walk to the building that does surgery and ask them, I go to that building , and they said I HAVE to cancel over the phone. I said I tried a couple times already it goes to voicemail. They insisted that they are unable to cancel surgery at all in person. So now It is the 16th of march, my scheduled surgery appointment is on march 25th. And the surgery is scheduled with a surgeon who doesn’t even do the surgery I’m scheduled for/ that I’m supposed to have and I have no way to cancel the WRONG surgery even though I’m calling well before the 24 hour notice and have tried multiple ways to cancel, am out at least half a months worth of income, and am honestly put into such a shit end of the stick. I had everything set up on my end and organized to go through with surgery and have everything set up. the problem still doesn’t have an answer yet because I haven’t even gone to the pre op of the new place they’re sending me out to, so hopefully that dr actually does do this surgery. How do you let a patient get as far as less than 2 weeks out from surgery and you schedule with the wrong surgeon who doesn’t even do the surgery you’re scheduled for ?? And no one in their department does, but you don’t tell me this until I already have all the time off work and most of the medical leave stuff set up at least ??? I am BEYOND upset. I’m less than 2 weeks out from this surgery date and I honestly have no clue how to fix your hospitals mistakes or what to do next. At least let me cancel the freaking surgery appointment somehow if it’s not even the right surgeon/ surgery. Someone please help me fix this, I feel like I’m in a nightmare
