I had not been here in about four years, but after a nearby appointment was canceled, I walked in around 2:00 p.m. hoping they might be able to help me. The staff welcomed me immediately, got me checked in with the doctor, and made room for my annual eye exam without any hassle. The entire team was outstanding. The doctor was excellent, the staff was friendly and professional, and the eyewear specialist at the front was superb. They have called me every year to remind me to schedule, and I have politely put them off each time. Yet when I finally walked back in, they treated me like their best patient. That says a great deal about the way they value people. A true 10/10 experience. Highly recommended!

I have to say the Vision center is My top choice because I been coming here for about 8 years. every Staff member is very friendly & they showed great customer service. They believe in helping customers with any issues with their prescription glasses. & Dr.Chiodo such wonderful doctor very proficient knowledgeable skillful and professional in is line of work. I do recommend the Vision center for all of your eye care needs. thank you all very much for taking care of my eye exam. and kudos for Gabby the eye technician very experience in eye exam. ill see you all next year..

Dr. Chiodo is the best. He is a longtime Las Vegas resident and he truly cares about his patients and our community. The staff at their Northwest location is the best. Don’t put off taking care of your eyesight. Book your appointment today.

I have been a patient for a year now and I cannot say enough good things about this place! The staff is so accommodating and understanding, the doctor is THE MAN!! I was nervous about my eye exam as it had been years since I had one, I was in and out and hooked up with a brand new pair of glasses that have been a lifesaver. So glad I discovered the team there. Thank you!!!
