I had a very disappointing experience at this location. I scheduled an appointment several days in advance and arrived as planned, only to be told by the receptionist, Marta, that I was not appearing in their insurance eligibility portal. After contacting my insurance provider directly, I was informed that it can sometimes take time for eligibility to appear in the system and that the vision center could verify my coverage by phone instead. I had my insurance provider on the line and ready to speak with the office to confirm my eligibility. Unfortunately, Marta refused to assist with this process. During our interaction, she repeatedly stated that she was busy and had other patients to attend to, rather than attempting to help resolve the issue. Instead, I was told to reschedule my appointment despite already being present and prepared for my visit. As a result, I drove to my appointment and ultimately wasted my time without receiving care. Customer service and a willingness to problem-solve are important, especially when patients are actively trying to resolve insurance issues. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this location.
