These guys truly went above and beyond. They made sure my 6-year-old daughter received the correct glasses and treated us with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care throughout the process. I really appreciate the time and effort they put into fixing the situation and making sure everything was handled properly. It speaks volumes about a business when they take accountability and work hard to ensure their customers leave happy. Thank you again for going above and beyond for my daughter. I totally agree with Hearty East and J Woo on the reviews. The receptionist was rude and very unprofessional. Instead of the receptionist asking me several questions while standing at the desk,she would yell across the lobby at me in front of everyone. I'd walk up answer her question calmly and go back to sit down and she'd yell across the lobby a second time...so unprofessional. If it had not been for young kids standing and sitting on the floor everywhere even outside the front door,I'd probably said something to her about her attitude. We drove 30 minutes each way just to be disappointed. Sat in the very cramped lobby forever to only tell my daughter that she'll have to wait at least 8-12 weeks for the glasses to come in. No thanks,that's ridiculous! She needs them now and we've already scheduled an appointment elsewhere for her to be seen because this place is horrible. We won't be back!

Fast and friendly, very thorough and kind. She took the time to answer all and any questions my son and myself had wee look forward to go back to see her!! I highly recommend this place to everyone..🤗

Had a misunderstanding on mine and the front desk ladies end. They gave me a call, apologized and getting me in as soon as possible! I have been coming here for years and this doctor is wonderful! She’s very professional, polite, understanding, full of personality and always puts you in a good mood and gives you the best knowledge when it comes to your eye health! I moved to Fayetteville and I still come here 3 hours away for excellent care and service! Thank you ladies for everything y’all do and actually caring about yalls patients!

Great experience at Happy Family Eye Care. There was a little bit of a wait, but I was a walk in appointment and didn't get there right at opening so that is to be expected. Dr. Le is friendly, super knowledgeable about insurance unlike a lot of places I've been, and does a great job of explaining everything. Even on a very busy day, I was in and out in under 2 hours with no appointment.
