Everyone was very professional and attentive. Our first time with Dr Brunner and my husband and I both loved her. She did a great job advising us about our vision and was very detailed. She paid special attention to my eye that had retinal issues previously. Thank you Dr Brunner.

Wow what a difference a location can make. I went to Hamilton Mill Thomas Eye Group and could not have been treated more rudely by the technician and Dr Hill. Why are they so angry and why in the world would Thomas Eye Group allow such horrible treatment of their patients? I called the main office and they suggested I drive to John Creek. It was like a totally different company, and I could not have been more happy with the outcome. The people were pleasant and the technicians were amazing! Dr. Brunner took the time to make sure I had a thorough exam. She was very professional. I left with such an appreciation for this location. Even the optician was easy to work with and moved me along quickly. Thomas Eye Group needs to work on people skills at Hamilton Mill. Angry employees that are willing to take their distaste for life out on the patient.
I had a great experience during my glasses prescription visit. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming from the moment I walked in. The doctor was very knowledgeable, took the time to explain everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the exam. I really appreciated how supportive and patient everyone was. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for excellent care and a friendly environment!
My experience with Thomas Eye Group was the very Best. The quality of service I received was extremely professional in every manner. Jeffrey Carlisle, MD, is tremendous and Heather Swafford, Optician, is both knowledgeable and extremely accommodating. Overall, my latest office visit gets a 5 Star+ rating. I highly recommend Thomas Eye Group for any vision needs.
