I picked Thomas Turtle Opticians because they were close to home and accepted my insurance. I am so glad I did! The entire team has been outstanding to work with from my very first eye exam all the way through. They have a huge selection of frames to choose from and help navigate your insurance coverage so you know exactly what you'll pay. The staff is professional and friendly, with fantastic customer service skills. Highly recommend for anyone looking for an eye exam, glasses, or contacts.

I want to thank the kind man who fixed my glasses in a few minutes while I waited. I appreciate the hospitality. I am new to wearing glasses and I guess I am pretty hard on them. On more than one occasion I have popped in and I have been treated to excellent customer service and kindness. Thank you again!!!

Dr.Turtle has always done an excellent job helping me with my very thick lenses. The other professionals in the office are top quality and helped me through vision issues post surgery. They even did a better job with my prescription than my cateract doctor.

I came here yesterday because I needed my glasses fixed, walked in, guy took one look at my glasses and turned me away. Wasn't able to fix it. Had a "Wasn't worth it" attitude. Said about doing plastic frames for the time being and I asked to get them but said "Its loosing me money" This is a VERY poor example of customer service!
