Dr. Elmore was very nice and very thorough! Most comprehensive eye exam I have ever had. Picking out frames for my new glasses went so much better than other eye doctors I have been to over the years. Everyone there was nice, professional and very knowledgeable. Thank you for making my appointment a true success!

This visit was very different from my last visit a couple years ago. The building was clean and beautiful. Receptionist was kind. I could tell they had lots of new equipment I think they need more instruction on how to use it. I also noticed that before a test they just set you up and started the test. In my case there were no instructions .I had a broken foot so going to all the rooms which I know is necessary was tiring. I was there for 1:45 just for the exams. I explained that my back and neck are fused. I have limited movement. I couldn’t put my forehead on the rest and sometimes my chin. Turning my neck is limited as well. There was a test where they stuck patches under my eyes. She got so frustrated with me that she tore the patches off and said. “I guess we won’t do this test either.”As they got tired of saying “open your eyes” They got louder I finally said I’m not hard of earring. One tech got behind me and that helped. My eyes don’t open very far. If I get open more it’s just for a second. I just think some education with people with disabilities would go a long way. I did like my Dr very much. She and because of some techs treated me with kindness is the only reason for my 4 **** rating Thanks Missy Dour

Dr. Elmore is a gem. New to the practice, but not to patient care, he was thorough and kind, easy to talk to about any concerns. Dr. Tillman and the young man who helped pick out my glasses (didn't get his name) were also pleasant and professional. Everyone working in reception was smiling and helpful. This is a beautiful, clean office with positive people who take pride in their work. I'm thankful I went here for my treatment. Highly recommend

I was new to this area and not sure who to use for my eyecare. I am Diabetic and require regular eye exams. I chose Tillman Eye Care and have been very satisfied with my choice. The staff is very friendly, I trust and really like Dr Tillman, he is very thorough. The facility in Andalusia is very nice, clean and comfortable. My Husband had Cataract surgery there on both eyes recently everything went well, and he was shocked at how much better he could see. I would highly recommend Tillman Eye Care and Dr Tillman.

Both Ted and I are pleased with the care and hospitality received today at Tillman Family Eye Care. We both feel blessed to have Dr. Flat as our eye doctor. Look forward to future visits.
