They wouldn't make an appointment for my family "in case you don't show up" so I'm "guilty" of a crime we haven't even committed.... ever. They'd make separate appointments but I'm not driving over there 30 minutes one way more than once. I hung up and called an office in another town with no issues making an appointment for everyone together. That said, this was my 2nd time to call. The 1st time the receptionist was not very friendly either. Find a place that cares more about the patients than themselves.

The doctor is nice but the secretary is one of the nastiest people I have had to deal with. She has zero people skills and I'm not sure how she is still employed. This would be my very last choice to go to. Don't even bother calling unless you want to be ticked off the rest of the day. Good luck getting any information on when your glasses or contacts will be in because that would just be too much work for her to find out.

Got in for a appointment fast and when had appointment got in fast and eye dr was very nice and did more test than my last eye doctor in Bristow I very must so highly recommend to anyone

The doctor is super nice but his Secretary is a complete nasty spoken female named Brenda! She is always rude everytime I call to see if my glasses are ready or my contacts are there for pick up. Also it seems as I'm not the only one who she is very rude to!

I always dread calling with a question to this office. The doctor I don't mind so much, but the secretary is never nice. I have had her fax me my prescription twice in a year and she said that "This is the last time I'm doing it" to me last time. She always seems like anything I ask is very inconveniencing to her and that I'm unimportant or a bother.
