I’ve gotten a total of 3 glasses from here in the last couple of years. My last 2 sometime end of 2024/start of 2025. My clear glasses the lenses were fine not scratched in any way, but the screw popped out and I came in seeing if I could get a new screw put in for my lenses put into the same frames just new. I came in earlier and saw they must have been at lunch and came back later a little before 5pm. I should've never handed them to the brunette woman in a camouflage shirt who walked up not even in a vision care white coat like most of the people there wear my fault, I just assumed Saturday she was working by herself not a big deal but maybe it should've been. Well, she asks me what's wrong I tell her about the screw and apologized for the tape I put around the glasses arm to keep it together. She takes them into a room not saying anything so I assumed she was fixing them or at least going to tell me the best that can be done is new frames, because as I said the lenes were fine. She comes back I attached pictures for reference and to show the damage she did to my Lense. Saying this giant screw was the best she had to fix it. The way this screw sticks out and can scratch up my hand and face. But she never gave me the option/ choice if that's what I wanted. She just stuck it in there and then told me. I nicely said "well can I get new frames, and my Lense is now scratched. She just replied "yeah" to my lenses issues that she caused. I stayed calm because I see nothing, I would say was going to fix the damage she caused. Yet again never gave me and choices just went back with them and shoved this horrible screw in that can scratch my face and hand every time I touch it. The lenses have special coatings on them and cost me over $100 when I got them done and she acted like she did nothing wrong. She just kept saying how that was the smallest screw she had. But why not say that before shoving in the huge one and giving me a chance to walk away and get my glasses fixed then at another Walmart. I only came here because I got my lenses and glasses from this center. Now I can't wear them at all between the deep gash she put in my lenses and the screw scratching my face. I stayed calm as I said because she was the only one there and I'm calling first thing Monday to cancel my appointment for Saturday and talk about what she did. Luckily Americas Best is able to fit me in, and I will be taking my money to them and never returning to this vision center. YES, SHE COMPLEETELY RUINED ME EVER WANTING TO TAKE A SINGLE STEP INTO YOUR VISION CENTER EVER AGAIN!! I ADDED PHOTOS SO YOU CAN SEE THE SCREW MY GLASSES NEEDED VERSUS WHAT SHE DID WHICH HONESTLY FELT DELIBERATE, NEVER EVEN APOLOGIZED FOR SCRATCHING/GASH SHE PUT IN THEM THATS WHAT TRULY MAKES ME MAD!! EDIT: I WOULD LIKE TO STATE, YES SHE WAS ALONE AS I STATED ABOVE BUT THERE WAS NO ONE ELSE IN THE CENTER WHO NEEDED HELP SO IT WASN’T LIKE SHE NEEDED TO RUSH WITH ME

Absolutely wonderful experience. I expected the final cost to be three times when I actually paid. Dr Liu was professional and very personable. She was very encouraging that I was making the right decision to get contact lenses. I stopped in initially to ask questions and an hour later I had finished an exam and had contacts in my eyes. I returned a week later to finish the process. The lady who assisted were exceptional.
Going here through the years always reminded me of an after hours PTO party with endless boxed wine and gossip. The doctor had bad hygiene the last time I visited. Dirty shoes and stinky breath.
Waited 40 minutes past my appointment time and finally asked how much longer it would be. Finally the doctor took me back and said oh your insurance doesn't cover this--meanwhile I had called a week in advance and was told otherwise. Horrendous customer service and front end staff doesn't even know what insurance is accepted.
The new manager Tonya, is exactly what this location needed! She is so personable and listened to all my concerns. She helped me pick out a great pair of glasses and maximize my insurance benefits. Could not be happier with my experience!
