Everyone is very helpful, especially Ray, who is always kind in answering the many questions I have. Dr. Pham and Dr Imperial are amazing! They are very kind and efficient during the exams. I also like that they explain and break down any info about children’s eye exams and scans.

I was dissatisfied with the fit of my frames and returned to the store to have them adjusted. However, instead of properly tightening them, the ends were simply bent downward where they rest over my ears. While the staff was very friendly and even offered to assist me in selecting a new pair, I ultimately decided not to go through the process again. I appreciate their kindness, but I wish my frames had been a better fit from the start.

My wife has bought high end Zeiss lenses from them. We only use the Zeiss wipes. However the blue blocking coating has failed (it looks splotchy). Their only recommendation is to replace lenses effectively every year. This is an astonishing response to their own product’s failures. The optometrist told my wife to buy higher end lenses - we thought we did. Wouldn’t suggest getting lenses done here. Not for these prices when they refuse to stand behind them.
