Great customer experience overall. Èveryone was warm and welcoming; the reps managing the check-in/check-out process, the eye tech - they were ready to help me with my optometry needs. I typically have my exam, get my prescription and then purchase my glasses elsewhere, online. This team made it very easy to want to buy -post exam (prescription in hand) glasses. They actually enjoyed having customers and treating their customers with professionalism, warmth and a "we are here to help you" attitude. Dr. Gunn was very thorough; he explained everything including the digital retinal images, my eye health and overall, ensured that I had a good, informative experience. Tim Torrez, Ops Supervisor, was excellent! He was patient, helped with my frames, even gave genuine feedback on the best look for me, lense options, & proper fitting. He made an extra effort to finalize my order by staying past closing. THIS is what good customer service looks like!! Again, overall great customer experience. I cannot say enough! I am a happy customer, and I will return yearly (or every 2 years) for my eye optometry exams and glasses.
