Doctors were really nice but the associates that are supposed to help check out were really rude. There were three, one very young, one maybe 50’s and an older lady (who was not participating in the other girls mean conversation). They were making fun of other customers very loudly. Attacking people’s appearances and intelligence. The older woman seemed like she was training and was kind. She was unsure how to do something on the POS and when she asked for help, the middle aged woman came over and began treating her so poorly. Another customer I was sitting next to said she couldn’t believe how cruel they were being and I agree. I have seen the middle aged lady at another location as well and she was the same way there. Very difficult to talk to and spent most of her time tearing other people down. I felt so uncomfortable I left without looking at glasses.
