Total Eyecare Vernon

From the call to make my appointment until I picked up my glasses, everything was perfect. Front desk staff were very cordial and a pleasure to work with. The eye exam assistants were great. They explained all the procedures and tests in an easy to understand and professional manner. Dr. Ripps was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and hit the nail right on the head with the vision prescription. The optician that made the measurements for the lenses did a perfect job. With these new glasses, I can see so much better than before. Thanks everyone for for excellent service.

Everyone is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I went through a whole hour of tests and was very thorough and informational to not only know my vision prescription but also the health of my eyes. Highly recommend!

Great experience all around! Office was immaculate. Staff was helpful and friendly. Doctor was knowledgeable and answered all my questions and concerns. It was my first time here and I’m glad I found them. I’ve got a new eye doctor now.

It wasn’t a planned appointment. I injured my eye wanted it to get checked out by a doctor. I was given an apt that day, called at 9-9:30 and was seen at noon. I appreciate that, and of course I love Dr. Lovecchio!

Everyone is polite, efficient, and you can tell they care about the business. I couldn’t say anything negative at all. As a former business owner, I normally can catch a little something that could be improved but with this location in Vernon and the location and Jefferson location there isn’t anything they could do to improve.
