Been going there since childhood when Dr. Lewis was the optometrist. Been going to Total Family Eyecare since it opened with Dr. Wilkinson & Dr. Shaffer. Always top-notch service there with friendly personnel. I trust them completely.
The staff and doctors are extremely polite. Wednesdays is the day for walk ins/ Medicaid insurance. Traditional insurance is able to schedule whenever. They have an in house eye store. I can’t speak enough about how kind the staff are there.
Went back two weeks after the exam to see if my glasses were ready, and was told "the lab had an accident" and they were broken. No idea apparently when they'd be ready. If I hadn't already paid $600+, I'd have cancelled the glasses and ordered them online instead for far cheaper.
The wait was forever but they were very polite. I’d recommend to a friend and I will continue using them.
