I had an outstanding visit with Dr Mayes. She is very kind and considerate. I had a very thorough exam and she always takes the time to explain everything and answer my questions. I have dry eyes and recently had cataract surgery. She was extremely helpful. I have been using her for several years now and never feel rushed like I have with another eye doctor.

I have been seeing Dr Mayes for about 20 years now. She, along with her staff have always been top notch. Dr Mayes is very thorough and compassionate. She saw that I had a detached retina and referred me to a retina specialist. First trip to the specialist, he couldn't find it. He did something to my eye and had me come back in a few days. Took more pictures and took me to reattach my retina. If she hadn't seen it, not sure what would have happened to my eye! She is a remarkable optometrist!😊❤️

I’ve been seeing Dr. Mayes for many years, always a great experience. She is compassionate and takes time with her patients, we never feel rushed with her. Went to their new location and as always, above and beyond from both Dr. Mayes & Dayne. I love seeing Dayne for the optical side, he is very informative and helpful. I like how he gives his opinion on frames and usually picks one for you that you had no idea would be good and it usually ends up being the winner. He knows what he is doing and is very knowledgeable. Can’t wait to see how their new practice thrives. I will never go anywhere else. Jennifer

I hadn't had an eye exam in many years and decided it was time. I picked Lisa Mayes from a list of providers and Im glad I did. Lisa is very professional and knowledgeable. She explained every test that was performed in plain language which is great! (I didnt have to google anything LOL) She went over the results and her recommendations with me, I needed prescription reading glasses to help with eye strain. They also fit you with glasses onsite. Dayne was the person who helped me and explained the different lens options available to me. Great Job Lisa and Dayne! I will definitely be back at the next exam time 👍🏽

Dr Mayes is wonderful. She is thorough and helpful and gave great practical advice regarding my eye care. Dane in the optical shop was also terrific and took the time to explain the different options and ensure I got exactly what I needed. He was also very helpful in explaining the warranty on my frames and lenses. I highly recommend Total Vision Care.
