I needed to find a new optometrist so I looked on Yelp for those close to where I live. I Chose them strictly on reviews, and I'm so happy that I did. Everyone was so friendly and helpful from the moment I walked in the door. The woman who helped me choose my new frames really knew her stuff, and I now have a great pair of glasses. Two thumbs up!

Terrible professional and customer experience - They gave my husband the wrong prescription, it was very difficult to get the prescription, they were confused each time he called to get information, both sets of glasses he ordered were incorrect, and they were unable/unwilling to fix them. This is just a badly run business, and there are lots of better optometry offices around. I wish I had paid more attention to the ratings before we wasted a LOT of money here, and had to go repeat the entire process with a different optometrist.
I went in for my annual exam in February. I indicated on the pre-visit questionnaire that I only needed glasses. I alternate every other year with contacts and glasses because my insurance does not cover both. I brought an unopened box of contacts at their request. No contact lens fitting was performed but they tried to charge me. I made it clear and proved with my still unopened box that this exam DID NOT happen. When I received my summary of benefits, I see they charged my insurance for this service even thought I made it clear that this was not provided. They were very short with me when they realized I was not going to spend any money on extras. I will be choosing a new optometrist and reporting them to the board for insurance billing fraud. Watch out for these guys and protect yourself from unethical behavior.
Take your care somewhere with competence and empathy, cause this place ain’t it. Scheduled an appointment 1 month in advance and submitted my insurance to confirm I was in-network. Showed up, and surprise — they’re out-of-network. What made this actually enter internet-worthy review territory was the behavior of the front desk. One staff member (Sat, 3/28 ~1pm) snapped at me — insinuating this was somehow my fault. I understand mistakes happen, but the rudeness of this staff member was a choice. 10/10 wouldn’t recommend
I highly recommend this optometry clinic a lot! I came to this store to get my glasses repaired, the staff finished repairing them within a couple of minutes and were really nice and helpful.
