I had an amazing experience with Town East Vision Center, especially thanks to Yesenia and the entire staff! From the very moment I inquired, the service was top tier. Yesenia went above and beyond by proactively verifying my insurance and benefits without me even having to ask, which was such a huge plus. My appointment was smooth, efficient, and right on time. The eye doctor and assistant took the time to explain everything in detail, which made me feel comfortable and well informed throughout the entire visit. Highly recommend!

Took time off from work and I am a new patient. Apparently this doctor forces every patient to do retinol imaging every year. It is unnecessary test for someone healthy with no medical condition. Just for 35 dollars. I am a healthcare worker myself and it is my right to refuse a test. Very disappointed that lens crafter is associated with this office. I will not recommend it to anyone

Dr. Joshua Steger is my favorite doctor. Every time I come here, it has to be on a day that he's in. He listens, he's careful, he's very informative, and makes sure I'm good to go. He's the best. Dr. Steger, don't you go nowhere and if you do I need to know! Thank you for being great.

I was beyond impressed with my experience with Dr. Jessica Nguyen office. My first contact was with her staff. I was completely blown away by how helpful, kind & friendly they were. A lot of doctors don’t realize how important it is to have good administration like Dr. Nguyen office. It was easy scheduling an appointment over the phone overall an easy & quick process. Now onto the appointment… my appointment ran on time, Dr. Joshua Steger was really knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. I would highly recommend seeing this place for all of your eye care needs. Thank you for such a pleasant experience.

I really like going to this eye doctor’s office. I always have an amazing experience with them. I’ve had eye exams with both doctors and I’ve never had any problems with them. The staff is amazing and extremely helpful when it comes to my benefits. I highly recommend you to check these guys out.
