Kathy and Quan are excellent and keep the place running smoothly. I’ve been a patient here for two and a half years and have been treated with nothing but patience and respect. Quan can be a funny guy, and Kathy is very compassionate and communicative. The optometrist professional herself is VERY caring and calm. I like how after you take the eye letter tests, she keeps the lights off. Additionally, I’ve had skin issues a while and this is the only eye office I have ever been to who had demodex mites pamphlets. I learned it can affect the eyes-good to know! I was written a referral for a specialist and urged to see a derm. Lastly, the price of the glasses I purchased was VERY affordable. 99$ flat for astigmatism support, anti glare, and my eyes are two different prescriptions. Walmart vision charges 120+! Will be going here as long as I’m able. Thanks guys!

Dr. Hoang-Tran is an excellent and caring physician. She has been performing my eye exams for many years and recently started providing me with an array of special tests to manage some eye conditions. Kathy and Quan at the front desk are kind and helpful. I highly recommend this place for complete and thorough eye care.

The manager, Quan, or whatever the older Asian man’s name is, was unbelievably rude and acted completely unprofessional. We asked for something as simple and standard as a copy of our glasses prescription, and he flat-out refused for no reason. Instead of helping customers, he acted arrogant, dismissive, and hostile the entire time. If this is how management treats people, it’s no surprise the service there is terrible. Absolutely unacceptable behavior from someone supposedly running a business.

Dr. Huong was fantastic! I have been wearing glasses since I was 6 yr old and it was one of the most thorough eye exam I’ve ever had. Th doctor took their time, I never felt rushed. The practice itself is very nice, clean, and comfortable. The receptionist (Mary?) was so nice and patient with me as we tried to figure out my insurance. The exam fee was Very reasonable especially considering the care I received. Wonderful neighborhood, family owned, practice!

The manager is very rude I was sitting with my gf in the chairs waiting for our son to be done only to be told that we had to move from the comfortable couches to some cheap chairs as we weren't the patient. The whole place was empty and we were the only one in there and was very rude about it. I will never be back to this place as they take so damn long and they treat us like crap. Wish I could give it a negative review 1 star is still positive.
