I had a great experience with Treasure Ford Optics and would recommend them for quality glasses. Chanel was friendly and patient, helping me find the perfect pair. The process was smooth, and the glasses feel comfortable and durable. I’d recommend anyone to visit.
Product: So I ordered lenses here where I was promised it would be blue light protected. The ones I got were not and I confirmed with other glasses stores as well just to be sure. Price wise I honestly could have gotten a better deal elsewhere, especially with what I was given. Service: So doing business with the owner Chanel felt very uneasy and pressured. And I knew I should have trusted my gut feeling instead of going along with it. I paid a deposit and was promised a certain price. Later on she said I needed to pay more and asked me to Zelle her various amounts. After dropping off my glasses she said I can pick up my glasses on a certain day. Later on postponed again and again.... wasted of my time honestly. An example was the website. Which indicated the store would close at a certain time. I arrived there only to find out it was closed and im not sure how long it has been since it was updated but this is misleading. To summarize if anyone is planning on buying glasses here, don't do it. Save yourself the trouble and hassle. Chanel says ones thing but then says another. In the end trust is not something that is embodied at this business.
First time getting prescription glasses and Treasure Ford Optics made it smooth and awesome. Great service, great deal, and I love my new glasses!!!
