Dr Gouda and the team were so professional, caring and efficient. I was so fortunate to have had such a thorough exam and a clear easy to understand explanation of the results. I left with a plan for ongoing care and follow-up. So thankful for this caring office. I highly recommend Dr Gouda and the team at Tri- Century Eye.

Everyone was very nice and attentive explained. Everything in detail did whatever they could do to make me comfortable and not have anxiety towards procedure. Very highly satisfied recommend this facility to anybody who needs a surgery and my doctor was amazing as always.
I saw this place was in network with my insurance, so I called for an appointment. The woman asked for my insurance, as expected. I had my card ready. I’m explaining that my vision insurance is covered and attached through my regular insurance card. The woman told me that that simply could not be true, and kept telling me to call my insurance to get the name and ID number of my vision insurance provider. She was not understanding that the vision insurance is a part of my plan, and would not even run my Member ID through their system to prove I was correct. I called a different provider and got an appointment in 10 minutes (with my insurance ran and approved as I knew it would be). Front desk clearly needs more training. Will not be calling again and would not recommend just from this experience.
I have been a patient of Dr. Zalipsky for a long time. Woman at the front desk today was horrid. (Short hair pulled into a ball on top her head) I was late and treated in a very dismissive and rude manner. I mentioned all the times I've waited way past my appointment time without complaint. Trust me when I say go to the Langhorne office. Was I late? Yes. Did I deserve to be treated in a hostile manner? Absolutely not!
The parking is far from the building. The waiting room is very small but a nice view of Mill Street with all the shops. After they take you back to dilate you, they bring you out front to a smaller waiting room with a TV playing documentaries on Islands in the 1800s. Very strange and weird. It has six chairs. It looks like an alcove in an attic. You see the doctor next and he's in the room for about six minutes. I checked in at 10:45 and got out of there at 12:35. I much rather go to the 2nd St., Pike location Because it's a newer and cleaner and more maintained office.
