Every staff member we encountered was truly amazing (super friendly & helpful). Our 3 year old wasn’t scared at all & he was able to get the eye drops to dilate his eyes and did very well! We love this place!! ♥️♥️
Emily and staff were very gentle and patient with my little girl. I really enjoyed the calm it made me feel when they didn’t force her to do anything out get aggravated at her when she refused. It all got done in the end!
Everyone was very helpful and professional and there wasn't a long wait. I especially appreciate the time taken to explain every procedure throughly. I highly recommend Dr. Mister.
Staff knowledgeable, helpful, compassionate to a woman whose phobia makes eye exams difficult - Dr Meister is so kind and gentle as was well as the lady who initially checked my eyes and that was amazing to me how they strived to make my experience one that didn’t cause any panic at all. All in all just so happy with the care provided and would recommend to anyone coming to Ky Eye Institute for care. Thank you
It was quick and easy! I absolutely loved it here. Everyone was so nice and friendly! I also like how the one woman who you talk to about the glasses you want she will literally help you choose what glasses fit you! It was so much fun!!
