Tri-State Ophthalmology

I love Dr. Gross and his whole team from the receptionist right on down the line to surgery scheduler to check out. They are the BEST!!!! I would recommend them before going anywhere else. They are TOP NOTCH DOCTORS. They CARE ABOUT their PATIENTS! They truly do! I can say that 100% because I know the healthcare field very well. I lived and worked in it in North Carolina, and lived it in Virginia and it is such a HUGE DIFFERENCE THAN HERE. IT IS LIKE THE EXPERIENCE THAT YOU GET AT DR. GROSS'S OFFICE. NO MATTER WHAT DR. YOU SEE. They treat you kind, compassionate, and like you are a human being and not just a number. I cannot say enough good things about this group. They are just SO AMAZING, AWESOME, WONDERFUL. THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH FOR EVERYTHING YOU ALL HAVE DONE FOR ME. I had to wear glasses for 50 years all day every day. No more just to read small print.

Had a good visit. Lady that did the eye exam was great. Had a really good attitude and was avery polite person. Waits weren't as long as usual and Dr Gross was very nice and seemed to be a knowledgeable person. Answered questions and very patient. My only issue was that I made appointments for me and my husband and for some reason they didn't have the appointment for my husband. But at least they worked him in at the same time as mine. Appreciate that.

So professional,efficient,and kind. All caregivers were wonderful,explained each step thoroughly. Dr. Josh Gross was very nice and took time to explain my results up coming procedure,and recovery. I didn't feel rushed .highly reccomend.

Very impressed with Dr Josh Gross, my surgeon. Very thorough in testing and exam. My follow-up I know Dr. Williams equally impressed. So nice and polite. They make you feel special from the time you enter the office. I would highly recommend them.

I had a great experience with everyone at Tri-State Ophthalmology. Everyone was so attentive and sweet there. Everyone really knows what they are doing. Dr. Cody Williams is very attentive and he explains everything to you so you understand what is going on and what is going to happen. I highly recommend everyone to go to Tri-State Ophthalmology.
