PCP part of triad is great, mental health services however not so much. My therapist put in a referral to med management over a month ago. I am pregnant, my ob okayed my staying on all meds. They finally called me back today after me calling all week to tell me they just “assumed” I didn’t need those meds anymore because they assumed my ob took me off all meds (when she okayed me to stay on all of them) so for a month they ignored me and let me run out of super important mental health meds bc of a personal assumption. They now want proof from my doctor too saying she wants me to stay on them. They are super unprofessional and frankly seem like their interests matter more than yours. Just save yourself the trouble and go somewhere that will actually listen to you.
