I love ❤️ this place far more better than Callahan, because it’s easier to get to and you don’t have to go in and out of that ole parking 🅿️ lot which is called a parking 🅿️ deck in downtown Birmingham. I love ❤️ the people who work there, they give you a great experience and they really do care about you. I’ve been going to Dr. Rosenstill ever since I was a kid and I love her she’s such a sweet person and a very good eye dr. So I’m giving this place a five star rating! ❤️🫶

I had an appointment and was told that I did not have a copay other than the price for the “pictures” of my eyes. I was also told that they could not use my secondary insurance in combination with my primary. Now, four months later, I have received a bill for a copay and contact fitting fee that was never mentioned at my original appointment. I contacted my insurance company and they assured me that both plans could be used together and that the copay and contacting fitting fee should have been mentioned at the appointment. I also had so much trouble getting in contact with them about ordering contacts and left several voicemails over several weeks before I was able to actually get in contact with them. That was only because a message was left for the manager that I had not been contacted. I have since been able to get ahold of them in a timely manner and the staff has been helpful. My appointment was when they first opened so maybe that contributed to my situation and maybe they are just now getting things organized. I do not recommend them however, if you do choose to use them just triple check with them about all of your fees before you leave the office so that you don’t receive an unexpected bill in the mail several months later.

Dr. Doss is amazing! Im so happy we made the switch to her. She took her time to answer my questions and came up with a plan that was best for my son. She is very knowledgeable and ALL the staff are accommodating and friendly. 10/10

Dr. Carol Rosensteil is fantastic!! I've been seeing her for a number of years & will continue to see her. She's very thorough, answers all of your questions & keeps you informed of her findings as well as why she is doing any other testing.

Since they moved to their new location the office staff is not helpful at all. I saw provider in March at the Callahan location. They relocated to Homewood and their hours are much earlier so I can’t make it there and asked if they would mail my prescription. I couldn’t order through them because since their move my contacts were going to cost double to order through them with insurance. It’s been 2 weeks I’m still waiting on the prescription and I’m out if the trail contacts. I never reach anyone when I cal always a voicemail and it takes days before they call back. Definitely locked the provider, but no longer going back.
