This location needs some attention. Upon first entering the store I noticed that the ambient lighting was significantly lower than at other Walmart locations; this coupled with the dark colored, glossed over, concrete floors, does not help. Lower light levels can cause increased accidents, theft and loss of contrast when attempting to read product descriptions/product packaging – while this may not be immediately noticeable, you can really see the difference when looking over to that side of the store, from the produce section (see photo). While the produce area was much brighter, this may be due to the skylights present in that area of the store. Next, I noticed 5 broken mobility carts/scooters at the entry, normally wouldn’t notice, but my wife recently broke her ankle and we needed one. Asked an associate about this and his reply was “maybe there’s some out in the parking lot” = poor customer service as any decently trained employee/person would have had one brought in immediately. Look at that, there goes an employee pushing around an empty cart, watching videos on this phone at a loud volume no less. The acting manager should send this employee home and request a visit to his office in a week to discuss why this person thinks they should still be allowed to work there. While walking down aisle A8, I noticed a fire extinguisher which was attached to a column having a style of holder that should not be utilized in high traffic areas as a slight brush against by someone walking past would knock it out of the holder onto the floor – in addition the top bracket had only 1 out of 4 tack welds remaining to hold it in place (see photos) – this will fall soon! Also noticed a broken bottle of product on the floor and did bring it to the attention of an employee going down the main aisle – he was pushing a cleaning cart/mop and this employee was very attentive and happily took care of the problem (unfortunately did not get his name, but kudos here). Julia at the register needs a class on proper customer interaction and smiling, obviously doesn’t like working there and made it evident. Overall the store was presentable, but current management needs to address the deficiencies/concerns listed.

Went by Walmart today to grab myself a jump rope and ended up picking up a few things for my kids too. They already have a nice variety of swimming items and Fourth of July items out. Definitely a good time to shop if you’re getting ready for summer.
Great customer service is also in cashier name Leslie super sweet older lady with a beautiful smile. I will come back anytime any day just to get the best service.
Expired Beer Sold at Walmart – Very Disappointed I recently purchased a 6-pack of Michelob Ultra bottles from Walmart. After coming home, I noticed that the beer had expired in November 2025. I did not expect to find expired alcoholic beverages on the shelves at a major retailer like Walmart. This was very disappointing, as customers trust stores to maintain proper inventory rotation and quality control. I recommend that management pay closer attention to expiration dates, especially for consumable products. I will be checking dates more carefully in the future, but I hope this issue is addressed so other customers do not experience the same problem.
I recently ordered a custom cookie cake from the bakery and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The online ordering process itself was simple and user friendly, and I appreciated receiving a text notification that my order was ready for pickup. However, everything following was frustrating and poorly managed. When I arrived at the bakery in the evening during advertised pickup hours, there were no employees working behind the counter. I attempted to ask several employees for assistance, but multiple people either dismissed me, told me it was not their job, or redirected me elsewhere without attempting to help. I was repeatedly sent between the bakery, checkout area, and customer service with very little urgency or professionalism from staff. After waiting in multiple lines and making several trips across the store, I finally found an employee willing to help retrieve my order. While I appreciated his effort, I then discovered that the cake had errors and did not match the design I ordered online. Specifically, the decoration was not complete the cake had a misspelled word. What was most disappointing was not simply the mistake with the cake but the overall lack of customer service and accountability throughout the experience. I understand that mistakes happen, but customers should not have to spend such a long time searching for assistance for a prepaid pickup order. I have had positive experiences with Walmart in the past and generally consider myself a loyal customer, which made this experience especially disappointing.
