Dr. Fam is wonderful as well the opticians and the ladies that check you in. The receptionist that checks you out is not very personable. It’s not been just a one time instance. A welcoming and communicative approach would improve overall patient experience.

these people treat it like you're a income... not a human patient...they overbook appointments for the money and don't give personal service to you as an individual if your appointment says 9am and they dont take you for an hour10 am or more...but take ppl before you that got there half hour 45 minutes after you...cold and insensitive business BEWARE...

I have went to this office with Dr. Ditto Great physician, Hope happily retired!! I now see Dr. Pham she is so awesome I am so glad she is there very knowledgeable and provides education and most important great prescription. Staff wonderful the atmosphere is relaxed and they seem to enjoy their jobs.
